Founded by Master Electrician Justin with nearly two decades of industry experience, we've built our reputation one project at a time, always putting quality and safety first.
In 2025, as our client base grew and our services expanded, we made the decision to incorporate and rebrand as Taurus Electric. The new name represents our strength, reliability, and forward momentum. We've grown, yet our core values remain unchanged: honest work, transparent pricing, and exceptional service.

Becki is the numbers-and-systems person behind Taurus Electric. She keeps the financial side organized and running smoothly. Becki expertly handles bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoices, payroll support, and clear reporting, so the team can stay focused on the work in the field. Known for her detail-oriented approach and practical problem-solving, she ensures everything stays accurate, up to date, and ready for tax time.
With years of experience running successful businesses, Charlotte is the organizational powerhouse behind Taurus Electric. She manages client communication, scheduling, permits, and quality control, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from quote to completion. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Charlotte brings a fresh perspective and unwavering commitment to excellence, setting the tone for professionalism and customer satisfaction with every client interaction.
With 19 years of hands-on experience and Red Seal certification, Justin is the driving force behind Taurus Electric. He leads every project with precision, specializing in custom lighting design and automation systems. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Justin doesn't just manage projects, he's on-site ensuring every installation meets his exacting standards. When he's not powering homes and businesses, you'll find him restoring classic cars.
Sean brings 7 years of electrical experience and a "quality first" mentality to every job. As a Red Seal journeyman, he combines technical expertise with an approachable style that puts clients at ease, particularly when working on custom lighting installations. What sets Sean apart is his ability to explain complex electrical work in plain language, making clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Outside of work, he's a dedicated musician and bassist.
Carsten is our newest apprentice! He holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from UFV and just finished his first-year electrical foundations program there graduating both with honors and landing on the dean's list. Down the road, Carsten hopes to earn his journeyman ticket and eventually step into a crew leader role. He's sharp with math and enjoys board games and computer games, and when he's not working, you'll find him hanging out with friends and family. Carsten has already been a big help on-site, and his willingness to learn and strong work ethic haven't gone unnoticed. Welcome aboard, Carsten!
