She’s the powerhouse behind the scenes, keeping operations smooth, clients happy, and the team organized. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Charlotte adds a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence in every connection.

Journeyman Electrician

As a Red Seal journeyman with 7 years of experience, Sean brings a “quality first” mindset to every job. He has a friendly, approachable style that puts clients at ease - especially when it comes to custom lighting and bringing clients' visions to life.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated musician and bassist for the band Abject Chaos, with dreams of releasing future albums. He’s also passionate about his church, enjoys playing hockey and golf, and is excited to raise a family with his wife. A true people person with an eye for detail, Sean is all about building bright spaces—and a bright future.

A Red Seal journeyman with 19 years of hands-on experience, Justin leads with skill, vision, and an unmatched work ethic. Known for his strong leadership and creative flair, he’s passionate about turning clients' ideas into reality — blending technical expertise with an eye for design. You’ll often find him on-site, meeting with clients, managing projects, and still getting his hands dirty to make sure every job gets done right.
